Another Morning

I have to leave for class in 2 minutes, no one's awake yet, the lights are still off in most of the house, just my room and the kitchen- just to reveal the contrast of the peaceful friday morning that hasn't yet woken, and myself. i can here the drips of the rain on the concrete outside, the ticking of the clock, the hushed passing of cars, it's beautifully calm and unfairly soporific.
