1. "deeper walk" is close at hand

2. my federalism course is really exciting- oddly enough

3. i've been thinking a lot about a lot of things to do with God these past few days- it's all a bit exciting and all a bit intimidating at the same time

4. today's sermon: "Jesus as the Bread of Life"- really good; the metaphor is so much more than what it seems

5. do you ever get that fluttery feeling when you talk about God, it's so lovely

6. it's the worst season to study in vancouver- it's so cold outside and the rain is falling in staccato on the hard pavement making the most lulling sound- i just want to fall asleep listening to it

7. i was having a morning (implying the general badness of 7am), and my mom called me on the way to school to ask if everything was okay. when i explained to her it was just morning and i'm fine now, she said "okay". we hung up and a realized, i loved her a little more for what she just did.
